We are newly weds who are planning on moving to Surrey in June or July 2009. We are looking at different options as to where we can live. We will both be going to school in the fall, and are looking for a place that will be close to the schools and will also be afordable. We are going to be attending Vancouver Career College and Pacific Life Bible College. Our ideal place would be a 3-4 bedroom, and 2-3 bathroom townhouse or douplex with an in-law suite in the basement. We are looking for a place to rent that is pet friendly (I have a wee dog). We are hard working middle aged people who are quiet and responsible. We would like to find a place in Ladysmith or close to it as my husband works in the area. I am a gardener and would consider doing yard work to cover some rent. I am willing to put a damage deposit down for any pet damages (although there will not be any). We are also willing to do upkeep and minor renovations and maintenance of the house.
